Experiential Systems

Designing systems that generate experiences across space, content, and media.

Toyota Experiential System

Designing a reusable workflow that transforms a single event into scalable physical and digital experiences.

THE IDEA

What if a single system could generate all outputs: physical, modular, and digital from one input?

This project explores how an AI-driven workflow can turn a large-scale event into a reusable system that scales across formats and touch points.

THE PROBLEM

Experiential campaigns are often built as one-off executions.
Spatial design, content, and media are developed separately resulting in fragmented outputs, slower iteration, and inconsistent brand expression.

THE SYSTEM

A reusable workflow built in Weavy.ai that transforms a single brief into spatial, modular, and content systems.

How this applies

This system adapts by changing the inputs—brand, objective, and format.

Automotive → dealer meetings, roadshows
Beverage → festival activations
Tech → product showcases

Same system. Different outputs.

A node-based workflow translates a single brief into a unified experiential system.

Inputs

  • Event description

  • Brand guidance

  • System objective

Process

  • System generation

  • Modular conversion

  • Experience layer

  • Content generation

Outputs

  • Spatial environments

  • Modular activations

  • Content and media assets

SPATIAL OUTPUT

A large-scale dealer meeting concept translated into a modular roadshow system.

The design maintains a consistent visual language while adapting across different formats—booth, showroom, and pop-up environments.

CONTENT SYSTEM

The same workflow generates supporting content aligned with the physical experience.

  • Social media concepts

  • Short-form video direction

  • On-site screen content

All outputs share a unified tone, visual language, and narrative.

REUSABILITY

This system is designed to be reusable by swapping key inputs such as brand, campaign objective, and experience type.

The same workflow can generate:

  • automotive launches

  • retail activations

  • brand pop-ups

  • product showcases

without rebuilding from scratch

One system → multiple outputs → consistent brand experience.

Future iteration: parameterizing inputs to support multi-client workflows at scale.
